A company is looking for a Health Wellness Coach Bilingual for a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement coaching techniques and behavior change solutions to improve patient outcomes
• Provide video consultations and support patient care plans using motivational interviewing and SMART goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient-centered care and troubleshoot any issues

Required Qualifications

• NBHWC Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach
• Bilingual, Spanish speaking
• 2+ years of experience as a health coach or wellness educator
• Proficiency with computers and virtual care technologies
• Demonstrated competence in digital care delivery and telehealth
