Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Coach (Bilingual/Spanish Speaking).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one health coaching for patients managing chronic conditions
• Use motivational interviewing and behavioral change techniques to support patients
• Educate patients on disease management and foster supportive relationships

Required Qualifications

• Active health coaching certification (NBHWC, NSHC, ACE Advanced)
• 1+ years of experience in health coaching or patient support
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience with remote patient care or telehealth is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a virtual environment
