Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Health and Wellness Coach to join their telephonic health coaching team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in setting and achieving personal wellness goals related to fitness, nutrition, and stress management
• Conduct telephonic coaching sessions based on Health Risk Assessment results
• Develop strategies to help participants succeed in their health and wellness journeys

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bilingual in English and another language
• Experience in health coaching or related field
• Knowledge of wellness, nutrition, and fitness principles
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Relevant certifications in health coaching or wellness preferred
