Job Summary
To support a growing team dedicated to improving metabolic health, the remote Bilingual Health Coach will manage a high-volume caseload, conduct structured virtual coaching sessions, and provide data-driven support to motivate members in their health journeys.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard and manage members through engaging virtual coaching sessions focused on goal setting and motivation
- Utilize AI-powered tools to review member data and provide insights, ensuring adherence to standardized coaching protocols
- Collaborate with clinical teams to deliver exceptional service and support while maintaining a HIPAA-compliant remote work environment
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in metabolic health coaching or a dietitian setting
- Demonstrated ability to blend motivational interviewing with metrics-driven coaching
- Proficient in using technology, including remote member apps and AI systems
- Experience managing a high-volume, uncapped caseload
- Fluency in Spanish is a definite plus
