Bilingual Health Educator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Health Educator.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls on the educational support line and provide assistance to callers
• Follow written scripts and maintain knowledge of disease and patient privacy laws (HIPAA)
• Collaborate with other departments and participate in ongoing training and monitoring

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Medical background preferred
• Basic computer skills and experience with patient communication required
• Understanding of call center operations and troubleshooting
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired
