Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Health Educator.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls on the educational support line and provide assistance to callers
• Follow written scripts and resource documents while maintaining knowledge of patient privacy laws
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate call issues and participate in ongoing training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Medical background preferred
• Basic computer skills and experience with patient communication are essential
• Experience in call center operations and troubleshooting is required
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired
