Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Outreach Specialist with sales experience and bilingual Spanish skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to patients who have expressed an interest in care to explain services and offerings
• Coordinate cognitive health screening campaigns
• Take medical history from patients or their caregivers and schedule appointments

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Demonstrated call center experience handling high-volume calls
• Familiarity with Medicare and insurance concepts
• Experience working with the elderly population
• Proficiency with Google Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
