Bilingual Health Specialist RN

Job Summary

Providing advanced clinical inquiry responses, the full-time Bilingual Health Specialist RN will support the CDC INFO Call Center by addressing health-related inquiries from medical professionals and government agencies, requiring fluency in English and Spanish and an active RN license.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced clinical inquiry responses to health-related questions from consumers and professionals
• Provide subject matter expertise on CDC topics, including HIV/AIDS, immunizations, and environmental health
• Document inquiries and participate in special projects as required

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a current RN license
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• 2-4 years of experience in a medical, scientific, or public health discipline
• Proficient internet search skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to commit to a two-week training schedule and work specified hours post-training
