Bilingual Health Specialist (RN)

Job Summary

Providing advanced clinical inquiry responses, the full-time temporary Bilingual Health Specialist (RN) will support the CDC INFO Call Center remotely, addressing health-related inquiries from medical professionals and government agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced clinical inquiry responses to health-related questions from consumers and professionals
• Provide subject matter expertise on CDC topics and respond to inquiries related to current events
• Document incoming inquiries and participate in special projects as needed

Required qualifications

• Active RN license and Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• 2-4 years of experience in a medical, scientific, or public health discipline
• Clinical knowledge of CDC-related topics
• Proficient in internet search skills and Microsoft Office applications
