Job Summary

To support healthcare providers, the full-time Bilingual Health Support Specialist will prepare medical record documentation, ensure compliance, and update patient information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and assemble medical record documentation for physicians
Ensure medical record compliance through self-documentation attestation
Update patient history and pertinent health information in the system

Required qualifications

6 months of experience as a Virtual Assistant
Proficiency in English
Understanding of HIPAA and medical facility policies
Ability to perform clerical duties to enhance clinic workflow
Familiarity with medical record management processes
