To support healthcare providers, the full-time Bilingual Health Support Specialist will prepare medical record documentation, ensure compliance, and update patient information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble medical record documentation for physicians
• Ensure compliance with medical record standards and update patient health information
• Monitor lab results and perform clerical tasks to enhance clinic workflow

Required qualifications

• 6 months of experience as a Virtual Assistant
• Proficiency in English
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical compliance
• Ability to perform detailed data entry and follow facility-specific procedures
• Familiarity with medical terminology and patient documentation processes
