Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Call Center Representative (Spanish Speaking).

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an ongoing caseload of individuals to promote engagement and achievement of health goals
  • Conduct periodic telephonic and SMS outreach to ensure timely follow-up with members
  • Collaborate with the Enhanced Care Management team and support various care managers with delegated tasks
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of professional experience in case management, care coordination, or healthcare call center setting
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong understanding of cultural fluency and ability to build trust with diverse populations
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary care team
  • Reliable, HIPAA-compliant workspace with a stable internet connection
