Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers for appointment scheduling and health assessments
- Assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information
- Conduct surveys and make welcome calls to enhance patient healthcare experiences
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong computer experience, including data entry and Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Must provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
