Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments and conduct surveys
  • Assist patients with benefits and insurance information while enhancing their healthcare experience
  • Engage in outreach efforts to assess high-risk patients and facilitate preventative health screenings
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Able to provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
