Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers for scheduling appointments and conducting surveys
- Assist patients with benefits and insurance information while enhancing their healthcare experience
- Engage in outreach to assess healthcare needs and provide support
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong computer experience, including data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Must provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
