Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to enroll or reauthorize individuals in the food box program
• Assist members in making healthcare decisions to enhance their experience
• Make a positive impact on individuals' lives through healthcare support

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong computer experience, including data entry and Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Able to provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
• Willingness to travel to New York City for a training session
