Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare CSR (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to enroll or reauthorize individuals in a food box program
• Assist members in making decisions to enhance their healthcare experience
• Make a positive difference in the lives of patients

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong computer experience, including data entry and Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
• Able to travel to New York City for a training session
