Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Healthcare Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries in both English and Spanish
• Handle inbound calls and outbound campaigns regarding health insurance policies and benefit updates
• Support customers in completing orders and updating personal account information

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute
• Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems
• Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
