Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to enroll individuals in the food box program or reauthorize existing participants
• Assist members in making decisions to enhance their healthcare experience
• Make a positive impact on individuals' lives through tailored nutrition programs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong computer experience, including data entry and Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Able to provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
• Able to travel to New York City for a one-day training session
