Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to enroll individuals in a food box program or reauthorize their participation
• Assist members in making healthcare decisions to enhance their experience
• Make a positive impact on individuals' health journeys through tailored nutrition programs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong computer experience, including data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Able to provide two monitors (at least 22 inches) with HDMI and Display ports
• Willingness to travel to New York City for a one-day training session
