Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Prior work experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting is preferred
• Familiarity with medical billing, coding, and healthcare applications is preferred
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
