Job Summary

Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, a full-time remote position, is responsible for making outbound calls to enroll individuals in a food box program and assisting in reauthorization, while providing empathetic support to enhance healthcare experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform outbound calls to enroll and reauthorize individuals in the food box program
  • Assist members in making informed decisions to improve their healthcare experience
  • Contribute positively to the health journey of members through tailored nutrition programs
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
  • Ability to travel to New York City for training
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to adhere to daily schedules
