Job Summary
Empathetic and patient-focused, the full-time Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative will perform outbound calls to enroll individuals in a food box program and reauthorize existing participants, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to enroll and reauthorize participants in the food box program
- Assist members in making informed decisions to enhance their healthcare experience
- Engage with patients and healthcare providers to support their health journeys
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Ability to travel to New York City for a one-day training session
- Demonstrated compassion and excellent customer service skills
