Job Summary
Working remotely, the Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative will manage incoming customer communications, conduct research to resolve issues, and provide compassionate support in both English and Spanish.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications from customers

Required qualifications:
