Guiding customers through their inquiries, the full-time remote Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative will address questions and concerns while providing effective solutions and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Guide customers through questions, concerns, or challenges related to products or services
- Listen actively to understand issues and provide clear, effective solutions
- Record detailed call information for auditing, reporting, and follow-up purposes
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Ability to work in a private residence that matches the address on file
- Comfortable using company-issued equipment, such as a webcam
- Stable Internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps
