Job Summary
Passionate about healthcare, the full-time Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative will perform outbound calls to enroll individuals in a food box program and support their healthcare needs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to enroll or reauthorize individuals in the food box program
- Assist members in making informed decisions to enhance their healthcare experience
- Ensure a compassionate and patient-focused interaction with clients and healthcare representatives
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Ability to travel to New York City for a one-day training session
- Demonstrated customer service skills and a caring attitude
