Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Connecting with customers through various channels, the remote Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a seamless customer experience while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns
• De-escalate issues calmly and escalate interactions when necessary
• Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes while providing feedback on call issues

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
