Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional service and support to patients and clients in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 60+ inbound and outbound calls daily regarding billing, payments, medical claims, and coverage questions
• Gather information, research account details, and resolve customer concerns accurately and promptly
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and assist with department goals to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual (Spanish)
• High School Diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required
• Healthcare, insurance, or medical collections experience preferred
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and the healthcare revenue cycle
