Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional service and support to patients and clients in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 60+ inbound and outbound calls daily regarding billing, payments, medical claims, and coverage questions
- Gather information, research account details, and resolve customer concerns accurately and promptly
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and assist with department goals to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual (Spanish)
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required
- Healthcare, insurance, or medical collections experience preferred
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and the healthcare revenue cycle
