Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 60+ inbound and outbound calls daily related to billing, payments, medical claims, and coverage questions
• Gather information, research account details, and resolve customer concerns accurately and promptly
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and assist with department goals and efficiency improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual (Spanish)
• High School Diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in healthcare or insurance
• Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, and medical terminology preferred
• Proven experience working with multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
