Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 60+ inbound and outbound calls daily related to billing, payments, medical claims, and coverage questions
- Gather information, research account details, and resolve customer concerns accurately and promptly
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and assist with department goals and efficiency improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual (Spanish)
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in healthcare or insurance
- Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, and medical terminology preferred
- Proven experience working with multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
