Job Summary
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Specialist working remotely, the full-time role will manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls related to billing, payments, medical claims, and coverage inquiries while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 60+ inbound and outbound calls per day regarding billing, payments, and medical claims
- Gather information, research account details, and resolve customer concerns accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with leadership and peers to support real-time problem-solving and department initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in healthcare or insurance
- Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, and medical terminology preferred
- Proven experience working with multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
