Job Summary

Bilingual Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agents fluent in Spanish and English will provide remote customer service and sales support, assisting clients in understanding their health coverage options and completing sales or renewals of health plans.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting appropriate health products and services based on their individual needs
• Provide full lifecycle customer service, handling inbound inquiries and making follow-up calls as needed
• Identify additional customer needs and facilitate upgrades or changes to their health plans

Required qualifications

• Current health insurance license in the state of residence
• Minimum of six months of sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer navigation skills for remote work
• Integrity to adhere to HIPAA guidelines regarding patient privacy
