Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Outreach Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to provide detailed information about eligibility services and conduct eligibility screening
- Interviewing patients/members via phone to gather personal/sensitive information to determine eligibility for various programs
- Compiling, recording, and evaluating personal and financial data to verify completeness and accuracy for eligibility screening
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- Experience in healthcare or government benefits or agencies is a plus
- High proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Understanding of call queue management
- Bilingual skills are a plus
