Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Eligibility Outreach Specialist, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts eligibility screenings through outbound and inbound calls with patients/members
• Interprets and explains eligibility requirements and application details to patients/members
• Records and evaluates personal and financial data to verify completeness and accuracy

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, fully fluent in reading, writing, and speaking
• 1+ years of experience in a call center environment, including inbound and outbound calls
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to work independently in a private and quiet environment
• Experience in healthcare or government benefits is a plus
