Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound and place outbound phone calls while communicating with customers via email
  • Monitor and manage tickets in ServiceNow and provide troubleshooting for various IT equipment
  • Document network problems and resolutions for future reference by service desk staff
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Microsoft environment with Microsoft Active Directory/Azure AD
  • Detailed knowledge of TCP/IP and the OSI reference model
  • Experience with network equipment and IT hardware troubleshooting
  • Availability to work Pacific Time Hours (approximately 8-5pm PST)
