Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and place outbound phone calls while communicating with customers via email
- Monitor and manage tickets in ServiceNow and provide troubleshooting for various IT equipment
- Document network problems and resolutions for future reference by service desk staff
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 3-5 years of experience in a Microsoft environment with Microsoft Active Directory/Azure AD
- Detailed knowledge of TCP/IP and the OSI reference model
- Experience with network equipment and IT hardware troubleshooting
- Availability to work Pacific Time Hours (approximately 8-5pm PST)
