Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Helpdesk Technician - Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical end-user support via telephone, email, or web chat
• Perform restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems
• Track incidents and calls accurately in the database

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma; IT-related courses are a plus
• Fluent in Spanish, with excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with PC hardware and software troubleshooting
