Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Florida-Based Helpline Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

Provide crisis/suicide intervention services and conduct basic needs/safety assessments
Offer information and community service referrals to callers
Deliver supportive listening over phone or virtual chat

Required Qualifications

Must be a Florida resident living within the state
Bilingual in either Spanish or Creole
Minimum of an associate's degree from an accredited university
Four (4) years of combined education and relevant work experience
Ability to pass a level two (2) DCF background screening and a drug test
