Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medical Assistant who is bilingual in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage patients to assess and address their medical, behavioral, social, emotional, and financial needs
• Coordinate care by facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers, including managing referrals and appointments
• Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate records in electronic health systems

Required Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Community Health Worker, Licensed Practical Nurse, or equivalent experience in a healthcare-related field
• Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field is preferred
• At least 2-3 years of experience in patient navigation or similar roles
• Bilingual in English and Hindi is required
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) documentation and remote work
