Bilingual Hindi Medical Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medical Assistant who is bilingual in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage patients to assess and address their medical, behavioral, and social needs
• Coordinate care by facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers
• Document interactions and manage referrals using electronic health record systems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent healthcare certification/degree preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field preferred
• At least 2-3 years of experience in patient navigation or related roles
• Bilingual in English and Hindi is required
• Willingness to obtain a Patient Navigation certification within one year preferred
