Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medical Assistant who is bilingual in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and build relationships with patients, addressing their health needs and care plans
• Coordinate care by facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers, and assist with referrals and resources
• Document interactions and assessments accurately in electronic health records and other systems

Required Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Community Health Worker, Licensed Practical Nurse, or relevant healthcare degree
• Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field is preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in patient navigation, medical assisting, or care coordination
• Bilingual in English and Hindi is required
• Experience with electronic health record documentation and remote work
