Bilingual Hindi Medical Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medical Assistant who is bilingual in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and build relationships with patients, addressing their health needs and care plans
• Coordinate care by facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers, including referrals and appointments
• Document all patient interactions and assessments accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent healthcare certification/degree preferred
• At least 2-3 years of experience in patient navigation, medical assisting, or care coordination
• Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field preferred
• Bilingual in English and Hindi strongly desired
• Willingness to obtain Patient Navigation certification within 1 year
