Bilingual Hindi Medical Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medical Assistant who is bilingual in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage patients to understand their health needs and navigate medical and social systems
• Coordinate care by facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers
• Document all interactions and assessments in the electronic health record (EHR)

Required Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent healthcare certification/experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field preferred
• At least 2-3 years of experience in patient navigation or similar roles
• Bilingual in English and Hindi is required
• Willingness to obtain Patient Navigation certification within 1 year preferred
