Bilingual Hindi Medical Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medical Assistant who is bilingual in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and build relationships with patients to address health needs and facilitate care
• Coordinate care by assisting with referrals, transportation, and appointment scheduling
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records in electronic health systems

Required Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant, Community Health Worker, or equivalent healthcare-related education
• Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field is preferred
• At least 2-3 years of experience in patient navigation, medical assisting, or care coordination
• Bilingual in English and Hindi is required
• Patient Navigation certification is preferred or willingness to obtain within 1 year
