Bilingual Hindi Medical Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medical Assistant who is bilingual in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and build relationships with patients to address their health needs and navigate care
• Coordinate care by facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers, and assist with referrals and appointments
• Document all patient interactions and assessments accurately in electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent healthcare certification/experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field preferred
• At least 2-3 years of experience in patient navigation or related roles
• Bilingual in English and Hindi required
• Willingness to obtain Patient Navigation certification within 1 year preferred
