Bilingual Hindi Medical Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medical Assistant who is bilingual in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and build relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to address health needs
• Coordinate care by facilitating communication, referrals, and follow-up between patients and providers
• Document interactions and assessments accurately in electronic health records and maintain compliance with privacy policies

Required Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent healthcare-related certification/degree preferred
• At least 2-3 years of experience in patient navigation, medical assisting, or care coordination
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred
• Bilingual in English and Hindi is required
• Willingness to obtain Patient Navigation certification within one year
