A company is looking for a Remote Medical Assistant who is bilingual in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and build relationships with patients to support their health needs and care navigation
• Coordinate care by addressing barriers, facilitating communication, and managing referrals
• Document patient interactions and assessments accurately in electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent certification/experience in a healthcare-related field
• Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in patient navigation or similar roles
• Bilingual in English and Hindi is required
• Experience with electronic health record documentation and remote work
