Bilingual Hindi Medical Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medical Assistant who is bilingual in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage patients to assess their medical, behavioral, social, emotional, and financial needs
• Coordinate care by facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers
• Document all patient interactions and interventions in electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Community Health Worker, or equivalent healthcare-related degree
• Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field is preferred
• At least 2-3 years of experience in patient navigation or care coordination
• Bilingual in English and Hindi is strongly desired
• Experience with electronic health record documentation
