Bilingual Hindi Medical Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medical Assistant who is bilingual in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and support patients in navigating their health needs and care plans
• Coordinate care and resources between patients and healthcare providers
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records in electronic health systems

Required Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent healthcare certification/degree preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field preferred
• At least 2-3 years of experience in patient navigation or similar roles
• Bilingual in English and Hindi is required
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) documentation
