Bilingual Hindi Medical Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medical Assistant who is bilingual in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and build relationships with patients to support their health needs and care navigation
• Coordinate care by facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers, including referrals and follow-ups
• Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately in electronic health records (EHR)

Required Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Community Health Worker, or equivalent healthcare-related qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field preferred
• At least 2-3 years of experience in patient navigation or related roles
• Bilingual in English and Hindi is required
• Experience with EHR documentation and remote work effectiveness
