Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Home Finding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries and providing information about property availability
• Aim for one-call resolution, transferring calls to Home Finding Consultants when necessary
• Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records of interactions and inquiries

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a service-oriented role
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and property management is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
