Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Assistant (Bilingual Preferred).

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed reviews and audits of employee time records in Kronos for accuracy and compliance
  • Manage and update employee records with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with day-to-day HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and addressing employee inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Kronos for timekeeping and workforce management
  • Previous HR or administrative experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is highly desirable
  • Experience in timekeeping and payroll preferred
  • Bilingual is strongly preferred (Spanish / Vietnamese / Swahili)
  • Physical capability to navigate a warehouse environment and remain active for extended periods
